Mutual of Enumclaw insurance was founded in 1898 by a group of local farmers who wanted to look out for each other. As an insurer, MOE has built a reputation for well thought out coverage in its underwriting, and for great customer experience in claims. Research among agents and consumers confirmed the company’s character could be summed up in a single word: Thoughtful. I teamed up with award-winning advertising agency Hey to create marketing content for a new brand campaign inspired by the unifying idea “thoughtful”.
